This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred associated with this request for capability information. The USNA New York avenue location has a need/requirement for a grass mowing service in support seasonal grass cutting needs (approximately 112 acres) as per attached Statement Of Work (SOW). The North East Area (NEA) is issuing this Sources Sought request as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to provide the aforementioned services. The result of this market research will contribute to determining whether there are adequate sources available from which to receive competitive proposals. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code to be assigned to this procurement is 561730 Landscaping Services. For a company to qualify as a small business, the small business standard is 1250 employees or less. Submission Instructions: Interested parties, who consider themselves qualified to provide the product/service as detailed are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 10:00 AM (EDST) March 23, 2020.
