The purpose of this contract is to secure QiaGen LLC Maintenance Agreement for IPA Analysis Match LCL 830017. Only IPA with Advance Analytics LCL from QiaGen provides the following: powerful analytics leverage directional and contextual Knowledge Base findings-manually curated by MD/PhD scientists-allowing the ability to test hypotheses in silico and gain crucial insights into downstream biological effects; identify and predict master regulators that might have the otherwise been overlooked; quickly understand diseases and phenotypes and understand associated genes and compounds, with or without experimental data; compare multiple datasets across time points, cell lines, treatments and multi-omics approaches to understand associated genes and compounds; visualize significant RNA-Seq Isoforms in experiments and understand how isoform-specific differences and splicing impact proteins and affect biological function and disease.
