The North East Area (NEA) Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC) located in Beltsville, Maryland at U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA} has a requirment/need for Fire Alarm Monitoring Services for 52 BARC Buildings. The award will be for the period starting approximately 12/1/2019 thru November 30, 2020 for a Firm Fixed Price type contract. With the potential for four additional Options Years. The Details and Specifications for the work can be found in the attached SOW. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621; small business size standard is $20.5 Mill. NOTE: ALL OFFERORS SHALL BE REGISTERED IN THE System for Award Management (SAMS) DATABASE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AN AWARD DOCUMENTS TO BE INCLUDED IN QUOTE: In order to be considered for award Offerors shall provide 1) a Completed Schedule B and Quote on company letterhead detailing the item description, total price and valid for at least 60 days after receipt of quote; 2) at least 3 to 5 references.
