NRCS is seeking a contractor to conduct research, design and distribute a survey and to formulate results to in form a facilitated discussion session, which may result in a new mission and vision statement. The contractor will work as a team member with NRCS' 12 Employee NRCS of the future committee to complet the finished product. The contractor shall: 1. Provide support in the planning process of the project, which will include a work breakdown structure or other means of communicatiing how the project will be completed. 2. Conduct research related to NRCS history and review associated content. 3. Design and distribute a survey to the NRCS of the future Committee. The contractor should use the survey results to help inform a planning session. 4. Plan a facilitate a one-day to 2 day planning session with the 12-member NRCS of the Futere Committee, focused on developinthe NRCS Mission and Vision statements, along with supporting data to develop agency core values.
