This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation announcement for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Solicitation number 966361PIADC is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02 corrections. North American Classification Coded (NAICS) 424520 Livestock Merchant is applicable. Interested offerors must submit their price quote by providing service contract price for the livestock listed in the SOW. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract in July 2019 to the Offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The purchases will occur over a period of 4 years which will include a Base 1-year period and 3 one-year Option Periods. Product Specification/Service description: Research Cattle- Breed Holstein 400-450 lbs each. See attached Statement Of Work for details.
