This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation announcement for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Solicitation number 966355HNRS is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02 corrections. North American Classification Coded (NAICS) 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance is applicable. Interested offerors must submit their price quote by providing service contract price for the OEM Technicians/Engineers for the equipment listed in the SOW. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract in July 2019 to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The Agreement will provide coverage from August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020 and can be extended for up to four additional four One-Year Option Periods . Product Specification/Service description: Service Contract for OEM Technician/Engineers for multiple lab equipment made by different manufacturers. See attached Statement Of Work for details.
