This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Solicitation number 949981HNRC is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02 corrections. North American Classification Coded (NAICS) 325120 Industrial Gas Manufacturing is applicable. Interested Offerors must submit their price quote by filling out the filling out chart on page1 of the SOW. All responses will be evaluated. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract in August 2019 to the Offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable.
