The USDA PWA ARS SJVAS Parlier, CA intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) with M.K.Plastics Corp. for the following: 1) AXJT1225 Axijet High Plume Dilution Fan (2ea) 2) AXJT1500 Axijet High Plume Dilution Fan (1ea) 3) AXJT1825 Axijet High Plume Dilution Fan (1ea) This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirement. Pursuant to the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The equipment will be provided to the USDA-ARS-PWA-SJVAS, 9611 S Riverbend Avenue, Parlier, CA 93648. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on or about 08/09/2019. This Notice of Intent is not considered a Request for Quotation (RFQ) nor is it a Request for Proposals (RFP). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
