Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the U. S. Department of Agriculture that is expiring in Macon, GA. The Government request office and related space of 22,524 ANSI/BOMA office/flex space. The space must be located within the delineated area boundaries: Tucker Rd/Vineville Ave/I-75; S: 7th St/Hwy 80; W: Tucker Rd/Heath Rd; E: I-16, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, partitioning and tenant alternations must be included as part of the rental consideration. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by April 8, 2020. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space).
