S. Department of Agriculture that is expiring in Ely, NV. The Government request land and related space yielding a minimum of 3000 to a maximum of 4000 ANSI/BOMA office area and 0 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all utilities available to be included as part of the rental consideration. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 1/31/2025. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space).
