Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the U. S. Department of Agriculture that is expiring in Burns, Oregon. The Government request office and related space yielding a minimum of 9,000 to a maximum of 9,588 ANSI/BOMA office area and land. The space must be located on City of Burns Airport property. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 3/13/2024. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space).
