Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement RLP Procurement Summary U.S. GOVERNMENT United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: FL City: Palmetto Delineated Area: Northern Boundary- 61st E Southern Boundary- 10 St W/10St E Eastern Boundary- 36th Ave E. Western Boundary- Terra Ceia Bay Minimum Contiguous Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,400 Maximum Contiguous Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,660 Space Type: Warehouse, General Office, Secured Storage, Secured Ware Yard (15,000 s.f.), Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 15 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Additional Requirements: Warehouse portion requires a minimum ceiling height of 30 ft. to accommodate forklift height and three-tier pallet racks, and HVAC equivalent to office space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is not required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
