Handling facility required on the land for the quarantined bison. Must be located within the Bison Tolerance Zone as described by the Interagency Bison Management Plan. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
