Should the Government make the determination to modify the term or option(s), an amendment to the RLP will be issued. RLP Amendment 2 must be returned with any submitted offers to be deemed acceptable. Attached is the Request for Lease Proposal No. 57-48157-21-FA for Fort Bend County, Rosenberg, TX containing all procurement requirements and specifications. All offers must be submitted by 5:00 P.M. 08/07/2022 to be considered. Any offers submitted beyond this date are subject to rejection.
