County: DeWitt Delineated Area: (See attached map for reference) North: City Limits of Cuero, TX East: City Limits of Cuero, TX South: City Limits of Cuero, TX West: City Limits of Cuero, TX Apprroximate Usable Square Feet (ABOA): Not To Exceed 2,867 Approximate Rentabale Square Feet (RSF): Not To Exceed 3,276 Space Type: Office Reserved Parking Spaces for Govenment Vehicles: 2 Non Reserved Parking Space (available for use at no charge to the Government): 14 Total Parking: 16 Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Termination Rights: One hundred and twenty (120) days Additional Requirements: 1,000 square feet of secured wareyard space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. In cases where an agent is representing multiple entities, written acknowledgement/ permission from each entity to represent multiple interest parties for the same submission must be submitted prior to the Expressions of Interest due date. Note: Entities not currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov, are advised to start the registration process as soon as possible if intending to submit an offer for possible lease award. To submit an offer in response to a Request for Lease Proposals (RLP), if an RLP is issued for this project, the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at BETA.SAM.gov. This registration is not required to respond to this advertisement, but SAM registration will be a minimum requirement to submit a formal proposal in response to the RLP. It is strongly recommended that potential offerors register, verify, and/or renew their SAM registration on BETA.SAM.gov as soon as possible.
