The Government wishes to lease space in an existing building, or in a building to be constructed for the Government’s use. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The space offered, its location, and its surroundings must be compatible with the Government’s intended use. Delineated Area: Panhandle, TX (within city limits) Minimum and Maximum Usable Square Feet (ABOA): 3,445 - 3,618 ABOA SF (Maximum) Rentable Square Feet (RSF): 4,134 RSF (Maximum) Space Type: Office and Related Storage Space Reserved Parking Spaces for Government Vehicles: 4 Customer/Employee Parking Spaces: 17 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: Negotiable up to 5 Years Termination Rights: 120 days, in whole or in part, after the Firm Term Additional Requirements (see attached RLP for more details): A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space and sites shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Pull-thru parking for trucks pulling cattle trailers is required. Approximately 1,800 sqaure feet of fenced wareyard space required (for 1 ATV, 6 vehicles, 2 large trailers, and a 20' shipping container). Lease Proposals are due: 6/28/2024, 5:00pm, Eastern Time
