United States Department of Agriculture The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Pennsylvania City: Bethlehem Delineated Area: To the North: Route 248 to Route 145; to the East: Township Line Rd to Route 22 to Northampton Street; to the South: County Line-Shoenersville Rd-Route 22-Township Line Rd; to the West: Lehigh Rive to County Line in N. Catasauqua (See the attached Delineated Area Map) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,004 ABOA SF Minimum Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,204 ABOA SF Maximum Maximum Sq. Ft. If Space above the first orground floor is offered, the space shall have at least one(1)elevator meeting the accessibility requirements ofthe Lease. The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the USDA that is expiring in Bethlehem, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government considered, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
