RLP Amendment No. 1 (02/22/2024) The Request for Lease Proposal 57-42009-24-FA (RLP) dated 02/08/2024, is hereby modified to remove response requirements for Energy Independence and Security Act, correct an error in the firm term in EXHIBIT A, and modify the scope and duration of janitorial services under the lease. All other aspects of the Request for Lease Proposal 57-42009-24-FA (RLP) remain unchanged from its previous version. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Attached is Request for Lease Proposal 57-42009-24-FA (RLP) for leasehold interest in real property for general-purpose office and related space in Bedford, Pennsylvania. The RLP contains all leasing requirements and specifications. All offers must be submitted not later than the due time and date established in the RLP. Any offers recieved beyond this date are subject to rejection. Unsolicited offers must confirm they are within the delineated area of Performance and not within a floodplain. The USDA rejects the right to reject any unsolicited offer.
