RLP Modification 1 (12/10/2024) The Request for Lease Proposal 57-42003-25-NR (RLP) is hereby modified to extend the due time and date for offers from 12:00 PM EST, Tuesday, December 10, 2024 to 12:00 PM Eastern, Monday, December 16, 2024. A copy of RLP Amendment No. 1 is attached hereto and made part of this RLP. Please download and sign the attached RLP Amendment No. 1 All other aspects of the RLP remain unchanged from its previous posting. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Attached is the Request for Lease Proposal 57-42003-25-NR (RLP) and USDA Lease Contracting Officer (LCO) cover letter, for leasehold interest in real property for general-purpose office and related space for the USDA Urban Agriculture Service Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The RLP and LCO cover letter contain all leasing requirements and specifications. All offers must be submitted not later than the due time and date established in the RLP. Any offers received beyond this date are subject to rejection. Unless instructed otherwise by the designated Lease Contracting Officer (LCO) use the documentation provided and included as part of the RLP package to prepare and provide your proposal(s). Substitution or submission of forms not previously approved by the LCO may make those forms non-responsive. Officials and employees of the proposed Agency DO NOT have the authority to contact Lessors or Offerors directly or indirectly for the purpose of making oral and/or written representations, commitments, and/or agreements with respect to these requirements. Unauthorized contact with anyone other than a designated Lease Contracting Officer could jeopardize this procurement, including rejection of your offer(s) or cancellation of the solicitation. In accordance with FAR 15.306(a), the Government intends to make an award without conducting discussions; however, offerors may be given the opportunity to clarify certain aspects of proposals or to resolve minor or clerical errors.
