Exhibit I is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the attached Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (52.204-24). Section 6.04 G of RLP lease draft sentence is hereby changed to "Up to 108 ABOA SF of the Premises shall receive cooling at all times (24 HRS a day, 365 days a year) for purposes of cooling the designated server room". All other parts of this subparagraph will remain unchanged. Form 1217 Lessors Annual Cost Statement which includes #24, “Routine Cleaning and Disinfecting” is hereby deleted from RLP and replaced with that attached Form 1217 with OMB expiration date of 12/31/2022. RLP section 1.02A, maximum SF ABOA is hereby changed from 6,337 ABOA SF to 6,365 ABOA SF. RLP section 1.02A, maximum Rentable Square Feet is changed from 7,242 RSF to 7,320 RSF. Exhibit D, section 1.01 of RLP Room Schedule maximum SF ABOA is hereby changed from 6,337 ABOA SF to 6,365 ABOA SF. Exhibit F USDA-FPAC PHYSICAL SECURITY REQUIREMENTS FOR LEASE SOLICITATIONS is hereby deleted and replaced with attached SECURITY REQUIREMENTS (LEVEL I) REV (08/11/2021).
