The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space within the city limits of Pawhuska, OK (Osage County): Approximately 2900-3100 ABOA Square Feet of general-purpose and related office space, 3500 Rentable Square Feet; reserved parking for 3 government owned vehicles (fence with gate may be required if/when determined necessary. Site plan should reflect secure fence option); parking for a total of 24 parking spaces for USDA use. Term: Up to twenty (20) years; Firm Term five (5) years; Termination Rights of 120 days, in whole or part, after the Firm Term.
