Space may be in an existing building or new construction, must be fully serviced, meet fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards, not be in the 100-year/0.2-percent floodplain, and preferably be first-floor contiguous space. The Government currently occupies space in Towner under an expiring lease and will consider alternative space if economically advantageous, accounting for relocation and related costs.
