Lessor will provide shed and retain ownership of storage shed at lease termination. Lessor must provide proper shed location and ensure shed storage area, that may store gasoline for ATV use, meets all city and/or county building codes, as well as, building set-back requirements. Shed location to be coordinated with and approved by LCO or designated representative. - Lessor to provide pull through parking to allow for trucks and trailers to easily pull through without obstructing entrance and exit.
