The government seeks a leasehold interest in real property for general-purpose office space with a ware yard in Georgetown, Sussex County, Delaware, and the RLP includes all leasing requirements and specifications. Two amendments have modified the RLP to clarify or update space and lease performance requirements, square footage and parking requirements, unique building/property requirements, and to replace Exhibit B with updated ASR exhibits. A GSA Form 1217, Lessor’s Annual Cost Statement, is attached for offeror download and use in preparing a proposal response. Unsolicited offers must be within the delineated place of performance and must not involve a location within a floodplain. USDA reserves the right to reject unsolicited offers that fail these criteria.
