Marketing data is not descriptive literature. Failure to submit descriptive literature for equal products will result in your quote being deemed non-responsive and will not be considered. Quotes shall indicate estimated delivery time after receipt of order and any additional costs for implementation within USDA systems. Award will be made based on overall best value considering price, delivery time, and ability to meet all technical requirements. Please provide a total cost quote for the base year and each of the four option years and a total cost for the base plus option years. Use the attached documents for the technical requirements and USDA IT security requirements required for this quote.
