The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 6587 ANSI/BOMA first class, high quality, contiguous office space. TERM: The lease is for 10 years. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, the building location must be within or fronting the following boundaries: Staring at the corner of Hwy 13 and Long Grove Rd: Long Grove Rd East to Hwy 20/Business 13, East to E. 9th St, East to Lipper Ave, South to E. 26th St, West to Shelby St, South to E. 29th St, West to Oak St, South to W 34th St, West to Hwy 13 South on Hwy to I-70. Also, From Hwy 13 and Hwy MM: Hwy MM west to Miners Trail, North to W. 29th St, East to Hwy 13, North to W 22nd St, West to Sycamore St, North to Hwy FF East to Hwy 13, North back to starting point on Hwy 13.
