Scope: The purpose of this solicitation is to secure services for conifer tree climbing and conifer cone collection. The contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals in compliance with the contract's terms, specifications, and provisions. Work location: Fremont Winema & Deschutes National Forests Tree locations, access and specific information regarding specific collection needs will be specified on each task order. Maps of project locations listing tree locations will be provided to the contractor during the administration of the contract at the request of the contractor. The Government anticipates awarding 1 to 3 Indefinite-Delivery Idefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts in response to the solicitation.
