This is a commercial services firm-fixed price contract for janitorial services at the USDA, APHIS, PPQ, Golden Nematode Facility. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision and other items and non-personal services necessary to accomplish the work (including but not limited to all labor, supervision, supplies, equipment, and tools). This contract is a follow-on requirement for janitorial services. The scope of this contract involves performance of janitorial services in the facility which consists of one building, a multipurpose office and is contained within a chain link fence. Five rooms of varying size are used as office space, one large room is used as lunch/conference room and a smaller room is used as a kitchen (refrigerator, sink, and microwave). A dumpster is located outside the office building. The period of performance is for a base period and four option years as follows: Base Period: July 1, 2022 – June 30th, 2023 Option Period 1: July 1, 2023 – June 30th, 2024 Option Period 2: July 1, 2024 – June 30th, 2025 Option Period 3: July 1, 2026 – June 30th, 2027 Option Period 4: July 1, 2027 – June 30th, 2028 Services shall be performed at 4 Stewart Ave, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract. Compensation for all work shown, specified, or essential to completion of the project shall be included in the total price. Except as otherwise specified in this contract, all costs associated with incidental work shall be included in the Pricing Schedule item with which that incidental work is most closely associated. The payment provided for in the contract includes compensation for all risk, loss, damage, and expense arising out of the contract work or its prosecution, subject to terms and conditions of the contract.
