The purpose of this sources sought, 2020-SS52, is to inquire if there are vendors available to provide the above recipes for feed. The NAICS Code is 238220 with a size standards of 16.5 MIL Statement of work for Fire Extinguisher 6 Year and 12 year hydro testing. The USDA has a requirement to perform extinguisher services to include the required 6 Year and 12 Year inspections. The contractor shall be responsible to collect the fire extinguishers throughout the facility. The government will escort the contractor during the collection process. The fire extinguisher are located in many different building. The extinguishers will need to be removed from the USDA campus to perform the test. The inspection shall include the following items: Service Quantity 20# ABC hydrostatic testing 88 10# ABC hydrostatic testing 156 5# ABC hydrostatic testing 20 10# ABC 6 year testing 207 The contractor shall provide: All labor, material and travel expenses for the testing during normal business hours Monday thru Friday 7am to 3:30 pm excluding Federal Holidays. All reports and tags required. All inspection and testing will meet all local, state and federal requirements. All testing and inspections shall be performed in a professional manner with strict regard to the importance of the operations performed at the USDA facility. The work shall be scheduled and completed with the assistance of USDA site Staff for access to fire extinguishers and proper precautionary measures. Work shall be completed 90 days after ward If the extinguishers are taken off site the contractor is responsible for temporary replacement of extinguishers.
