The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area Office has a construction requirement with a scope of work to install new HVAC systems in the Reynolds Creek Experimental Watershed (RCEW) Range Building at USDA-ARS-PWA NWRC 20117 Upper Reynolds Creek Road in Murphy ID 83650. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of any amendments. No ‘hard copy’ solicitation materials are available. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed, and telephone requests will not be honored. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT - Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A single organized site visit is scheduled on Thursday, 20 June 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time. Please ensure to sign on-site sign-in sheet All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to theodore.blume@usda.gov by 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time, Thursday 27 June 2024 via the Attachment VI - RFI form. Bid Bond Guarantees are also required when the proposal is above $150K. Proposals are to receive no later than 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Tuesday, 16 July 2024.
