The Black Range Ranger District requires an electrical inspection for 5 houses at the Beaverhead Work Center located on the Black Range District of the Gila National Forest. A general inspection was performed (reports attached) for these buildings which identified multiple electrical concerns deemed safety hazards which should be evaluated by an electrician. In response to these findings, the scope of this contract is to solicit a licensed electrical contractor to evaluate these units for electrical compliance and safety. Upon completion of evaluation, contractor shall submit a report for each of the 5 houses which includes statement of work needed, specifications and estimate to complete work for all electrical needs for each unit. (see attached SOW and SOI) *Award will be for a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract . Quote should be all-inclusive and include all taxes, fees, transportation, labor, and any other applicable fee. Will be awarded to the Lowest Price Technically Available.
