The ELECTROFICHE® and Forms Overlay software products are used to store, read and retain files for USDA Rural Development (RD). These files are reports generated by UDSA enterprise-level accounting and reporting systems. Processing of pages with ELECTROFICHE® Software Data received from USDA is processed and returned formatted in such a way as to allow the data to be searched and viewed with the ELECTROFICHE® software. The software license is granted on a per job basis. The optional Forms Overlay License allows for the creation of graphic overlays for reports which are compatible with ELECTROFICHE®.
