Inactive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

The USDA Rural Development intends to award a competitive Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Order for services including Program and Risk Management, CPIC Budget Analysis, IT Investment Management, and Acquisition Approval Requests management. The work will be performed in Washington, DC. The anticipated period of performance includes a 12-month base period followed by two 12-month option periods. This is a notification of intent, not a solicitation, and the procurement is restricted to the three companies already approved under the existing OAPM BPA.
