The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Rural Development (RD) is issuing this combined solicitation/synopsis is for the following commercial services and products: Foreclosure Legal Services and Related Technical Support for the State of Louisiana. The objective is to retain a private attorney or law firm (herein called "contractor") to provide legal services in connection with foreclosures with or without deficiency judgments, judgments, and/or actions to recover possessions related to Section 502 (Single Family Housing) debts to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). All suits will be filed in the State Court for the County where the secured property is located, unless specifically directed otherwise. This work is to be performed on cases throughout the State of Louisiana. The USDA, Rural Development (RD) intends the award up to five (5) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) under this solicitation. Proposals must be submitted via email by 4:00pm, EST Tuesday, March 30, 2022.
