This is a combined synopsis/solicitation announcement for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR PART 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be associated with this requirement. The United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development (USDA-RD), anticipates awarding a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. This Critical requirement is Nationwide in scope for Default Management Services (NDMS) supporting an RD portfolio that is located in all 50 United States, including the U.S. Territories of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa. NDMS is comprised of the following services: Property Preservation, Legal Foreclosures, Real Estate Owned (REO) Disposition, and Default Appraisals. These services are currently being performed as separate contracts which will transition into this NDMS contract. The associated NAICS for this requirement is 531390, Other Activities Related to Real Estate and is solicited using full and open competition procedures. All clauses under this procurement are governed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2020-07/08-03-2020). All questions submitted in response to this solicitation are due No later than August 17, 2020 @3:00 PM EST.
