This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. USDA Rural Development Procurement Management Office is seeking a contractor that can meet/exceed the Government’s following requirement: Outreach Interpretation and Translation Services. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) herein dated August 14, 2024. The PWS contained within this solicitation is a non-negotiable document. Quotes shall not include edits, revisions, additions, deletions, alterations, or track change comments to the PWS. The associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS Code) for this requirement is 541930 – Translation and Interpretation Services. The size standard is $22.5 million. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small businesses (Total Small Business Set Aside). Offers shall only be accepted from small business contractors in the following categories to include but not limited to (8(a), HUB Zone, Small Disadvantaged Business, Any Minority Owned, Any Native American Owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, and Any Women-Owned Small Business).
