USDA Rural Development’s Office of External Affairs (the “Agency”) is looking to demonstrate the research, development and execution of robust communications campaigns based on new agency priorities. The robust communications campaigns shall be based on new Administrations priorities, previously identified, and include strategic constructs and tools recently introduced. The Agency would like to test the “proof of concept” of the new communication approach for USDA Rural Development priorities in fiscal year 2022. Based on the above, the Agency is issuing a request for information (RFI) to determine if there are vendors who have experience designing sufficiently similar pilot program. The information gathered will assist with the development of market research and possibly the development of an acquisition strategy.
