The USDA intends to award one purchase order for complete demolition and removal of remaining structural remnants, former greenhouse infrastructure, mechanical equipment yard, and equipment pads at its Grape Genetic Research Unit Administration Building in Geneva, NY. The work includes safe disposal, proper site re-grading, and landscaping restoration to prepare the site for future development or research in line with USDA operational standards. Award will be made to the responsible offeror offering the lowest overall price under FAR 52.212-2. Offerors must be registered in SAM with NAICS Code 238910 included and coded “Y” before award and must maintain registration through performance and final payment. This is a full and open solicitation for the commercial service.
