This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USDA NRCS requires title abstract and settlement services to obtain title search, title commitment, post survey updates, final title policy, and closing services for acquisitions of conservation easements on behalf of the United States of America, acting by and through the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) in Puerto Rico.
