This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number RFQ 12FPC424Q0217 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part 13.5 are being utilized. The Government plans to award a FIRM FIXED PRICE contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government.
