Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center, Acquisition Division (AD) on behalf of the Natural Resource Conservation Service is seeking a contractor to perform services for the state of Kentucky. The service includes providing an initial Areawide Market Analysis (AWMA) and Annual Recertifications for the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP) in Kentucky This work will include examining both the land uses in each market area requiring opinion of typical fair market value and request the contractor's report on any NRCS conservation easement encumbered property sales in a separate section.
