No further changes. *** Original Syn/Sol *** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number 12FPC423Q0050 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The acquisition procedures at FAR Parts 12 & 13 are being utilized. The Government anticipates the award of one firm fixed-priced contract resulting from this solicitation. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote responds to the terms of this RFQ and is the best value for the Government. This RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01 effective Febuary 14, 2023. This solicitation is being conducted as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561720, Janitorial Services; the size standard is $22.0 million. Active SAM registration is required in order to be awarded this contract and must remain active throughout the period of performance. Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS): See para (v) of attached syn/sol document. Description of Services: The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary to provide janitorial/cleaning services in accordance with the Statement of Work, provisions and clauses, and current wage determination(s) hereby made a part of this solicitation. Date(s) and Place(s) of Delivery and Acceptance: The performance period for the base year is estimated to be July 17, 2023 – July 16, 2024. Place of performance will be the USDA FSA Gates County Office located at 104 New Ferry Road, Gatesville, NC 27938. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors must read and follow the additional instructions contained within this solicitation to receive consideration. Quotes are due no later than June 27th, 2023, 2:00pm ET.
