NRCS – Soil and Plant Science Division is requesting the acquisition of 2 Coastal Zone Soil Survey (CZSS) pontoon vessels / boats for sample and data collection efforts associated with CZSS / subaqueous soil survey projects. Each pontoon vessel must be able to be towed behind a medium duty truck (3/4 ton) and have the capacity to be transported from the state of Maine to Texas. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation number 12FPC423Q0031 is issued as a request Quote (RFQ), with the intent to issue one Firm Fixed Price Contract. Quotes are requested for two (2) Custom Pontoon Boats in accordance with specifications listed in Attachment A (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 5/26/2022 which can be found at http://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html.
