The objective of this blanket purchase arrangement (BPA) is to obtain title search, title commitment, post survey updates, final title policy, and/or closing services for acquisitions of conservation easements in the State of Ohio on behalf of the United States of America, acting by and through the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
