The USDA NRCS Alabama State Office requires the services of a Certified Appraiser to conduct an Area Wide Market Analysis (AWMA) for the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP) in Alabama to include all costs, including travel. This work will include examining both the land uses in each market area requiring opinion of typical fair market value and request the contractor’s report on any NRCS conservation easement encumbered property sales in a separate section. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-7 8/10/2022. This is a 100% set aside for small business.
