The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Services (NRCS), requires janitorial services. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, quality control, and supplies necessary to satisfactorily perform the services to acceptable standards. The janitorial services will be for approximately 1,968 square feet at the Corozal Field Office. Cleanings will be done three days a week. Amendment 0001: Exhibit 1-Floor Plans added-No further terms and conditions are changed at this time. Exhibit 1 was inadvertently not included in the initial Request For Quote. Amendment 0002: Extends the quote submission due date from Thursday, April 15, 2021 to Monday, April 19, 2021 at 2:00P.M EST. , provides questions and answers and provide site visit day and time. Amendment 0003: Provides vendor attendance from site visit held on April, 13, 2021 and provides questions and answers to all questions received at the site survey. RFQ and all Amendements need to be signed and returned to the Contracting Office with RFQ submission.
