The project also includes fabrication and welding of a separate mud pan. The trailer with storage boxes, water tank, and mud pan will provide support for geotechnical drilling operations as part of NRCS engineering technical assistance. The storage boxes, water tank, and mud pan will be constructed of aluminum to minimize the weight of the trailer and allow for maximum possible storage of drilling tools, supplies and water without exceeding a 10,000-pound weight limit.
