The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items necessary to replace flooring and window coverings in two buildings at the NRCS Tucson AZ Plant Materials Center (PMC). Work includes contractor's responsibility for complete cleanup and disposal of garbage and old material. All work will be done in accordance with applicable codes. Supplies will be of premium commercial grade manufactured by a reputable vendor.
