Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Request for Quotation for Southern California National Resources Inventory Data Collection Services, set aside for small businesses in the Environmental Consulting sector. The requirement is for a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a base period and four one-year option periods. The period of performance for the base period is from April 15, 2026, to January 31, 2027, with each option period running from February 1 to January 31 of the following year. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel and materials to perform the services as described in the attached work statement.
