This project consists of clearing and grubbing and disposal of trees, snags, logs, brush, stumps, shrubs, and rubbish from the designated areas; preparing the area for treatment; furnishing and placing seed, sprigs, mulch, fertilizer, inoculant, lime, and other soil amendments; anchoring mulch in designated areas as specified; mobilization and demobilization of the contractor's forces and equipment necessary for performing the work required under the contract; and excavation required by the drawings and specifications and disposal of the excavated materials.
